Creation at the Crossroads is a small-group faith-sharing resource containing 12 sessions inspired by Pope Francis’ encyclical on ecology, On Care of Our Common Home. It is designed for use in parishes, small groups, religious communities, on college campuses or by individuals. Through Scripture, prayer, reflections, faith-sharing questions, and practical ideas for protecting and caring for God's creation and for God's people, Creation at the Crossroads is designed to move Catholics to faith-based action.
Dignity and the Death Penalty examines Catholic teaching on the death penalty, based on the insights of Sr. Helen Prejean. Sister Helen is a leading advocate for abolition of the death penalty and for elimination of social and economic unfairness in the criminal-justice system. She is also the author of Dead Man Walking: An Eyewitness Account of the Death Penalty in the United States and The Death of Innocents: An Eyewitness Account of Wrongful Executions.
